How to set up and share KPIs with stakeholders?

There are presets for the basic KPIs liquidity, revenue, profit/loss and employee headcount, but also any custom ones can be created. They can be shared with stakeholders, or used in written reports to them.

How to set up basic KPIs

  • Go to Investor Relations > KPIs
  • Either
    • add all basic KPIs at once by clicking the button in the box
    • add a single one by clicking on Add KPI in the top right and select the applicable one
  • Adjust start date, interval, type of revenue and profit/loss in the settings. These settings apply to all basic KPIs.

How to set up custom KPIs

  • Go to Investor Relations > KPIs
  • Click on Add KPI in the top right and select Custom
  • Choose the name, start date, interval, unit

How to share KPIs

  • Go to Investor Relations > KPIs
  • Basic KPIs can be shared all at once with stakeholders by going to the basic KPI settings, and choosing the stakeholders in Shared with.
  • Each custom KPI can be shared with its own set of stakeholders. Click the settings icon in the KPI card and select the stakeholders in Shared with.
  • Notifications: There are no automatic notifications or invitations to stakeholders when sharing KPIs with them or updating KPI values. Invite them on the stakeholder page to let them see the up-to-date KPIs in their dashboard.
